We are looking for volunteers to help us in the following areas:
- Set up and Decorations (unloading items from truck, setting auction tables, decorating the facility)
10:00am-2:00pm
- Security of auction items (monitoring table until event starts)
2:00pm-5:30pm and 5:30pm-11:30pm
- Table Attendants (monitoring auction items and answering questions regarding items)
5:00pm-11:30pm
- Clean up (taking down decorations and loading truck with equipment) 10:30pm-12:30am
Food and beverages will be provided for all volunteers throughout the day
